It was not just about facts, but above all about a better understanding of the life of these animals in a changing landscape.  <\/p><p> <\/p><p>The second part was practical: the children were able to try out for themselves how we track wolves with radio collars. Equipped with a receiver and antenna, one group set off on the search, while the other hid in the nearby forest and slipped into the role of the wolves. In a playful way, it became tangible how research works in the field.  <br> <\/p><p>It got loud at the end: We cried together &#8211; and quickly realized how much energy and enthusiasm there is in such a group.  <\/p><p>Such encounters show how important early educational work is.
